The WARMCOIN 10.0 m² electric underfloor heating mat is a ready-to-lay module with a twin-core screened cable pre-fixed to a mesh at 10 cm spacing. It works as primary or secondary heating under ceramic tiles, terracotta and porcelain stoneware, delivering 160 W per square metre from a 230 V supply.
Installs in tile adhesive, no screed needed
The mat is rolled out over the substrate and bedded in a 5 to 8 mm layer of tile adhesive; it can also go into self-levelling screed up to 6 cm deep. Floor height stays as it is, which matters when you are refurbishing a bathroom or kitchen with doors already hung.
Twin-core screened cable with 3D fixing
The screened twin-core construction keeps electromagnetic emission practically at zero and simplifies wiring, since power is connected at one end only. Three-dimensional fixing to the mesh holds the spacing between runs constant, so heat spreads evenly across the whole area.
Teflon insulation rated above 200 °C
The heating conductor carries a Teflon coating rated for temperatures above 200 °C, far beyond anything the floor build-up reaches in service. The manufacturer states a service life of 30 years when correctly installed.
Temperature held to ±1 °C with a thermostat
Paired with a floor thermostat, the system holds the set temperature within one degree. Average power draw in steady operation is 80 to 100 W per square metre, because the mat cycles rather than running continuously. A thermostat and sensor are not supplied with the mat.
