Steady tap pressure from a tank, switching on automatically as soon as water flows.

The WILO PB-088EA booster pump raises water pressure in single- and two-family homes, feeding taps located below a roof or loft tank. A built-in flow switch starts and stops the motor on its own — open a tap and the pump runs, close it and the pump stops. Supplied with two screwed connections, nipples and gaskets plus installation instructions.

Flow switch starts the pump automatically

The switch sits in the discharge port and reacts to water movement, so no pressure vessel or pressure switch is needed. When flow stops, the motor stops — the same mechanism doubles as dry-running protection.

Coated cast-iron housing resists corrosion

The pump hydraulics are protectively coated and the impeller is moulded from reinforced PPO/PS-GF20. Clean water from 5 °C to 80 °C is handled, hot-water lines included.

Quiet operation with built-in thermal motor protection

Thermal motor protection comes as standard, together with insulation class F. Noise levels stay low and the compact 190 x 178 x 119 mm inline body fits into tight service cupboards.

G ¾ connections on both sides

Suction and discharge ports share the same thread, and the screwed connections, nipples and gaskets needed to tie into an existing line are included. Power comes from a standard 1~230 V, 50 Hz socket circuit.
