The GRAPHITE 58G541 concrete vibrator runs off a 230 V supply and works with a 3 m flexible shaft and poker. The set comprises the drive unit and the shaft with the vibrating head, and is intended for compacting concrete mixes and mortars in foundations, columns, slabs and walls.

35 mm poker with a 35 cm action radius

The recommended spacing between insertions is about 50 cm, which sets a clear working rhythm along the formwork. The slim diameter passes between dense rebar and into narrow columns and shafts.

3 m flexible shaft keeps you at the edge of the formwork

The 2.35 kg drive unit stays in your hands while the poker reaches the bottom of deep pours. The shaft locks on with a hand-tightened nut, no tools needed, and the power cord is also 3 m long.

240 Hz frequency with 1.2 mm amplitude

The vibration pushes air pockets out from between the aggregate grains, leaving a denser, more durable finished element. An AC commutator motor transmits drive through a gearbox to the flexible shaft.

Double insulation and IPX4 protection on site

Protection class II means the tool works without earthing, which suits temporary site power. A lock-on button holds the trigger during longer pours.
