The BOSCH Professional GFM 1000-15 fork meter lets electricians take a current reading by sliding its open jaw over a conductor, up to 200 A AC. It also covers AC/DC voltage to 1000 V, resistance, frequency and continuity, in an IP54-rated housing built for dusty, wet job sites.

Open jaw for crowded distribution boards

The conductor is approached from the side, with no jaw to open and no need to break the circuit. The slim fork reaches individual cables between tightly packed terminals and busbars where a conventional clamp will not fit.

True RMS readings on a reversible display

True RMS measurement stays accurate on distorted waveforms from inverters, LED drivers and switching electronics. The LCD reading flips over so it remains readable when the meter is held jaw-down.

Five measurements in one tool

Beyond current, the meter handles AC/DC voltage, resistance to 60 MΩ, frequency and audible continuity. Built-in LoZ mode filters out ghost voltages so you can tell whether a conductor is genuinely live.

IP54 housing survives a 2 m drop

Dust and splash protection suit construction sites and unheated plant rooms. The rubberised grip zone keeps the meter secure in gloved hands.

Supplied with MH 1 magnetic hanger and MS 90 leads

The magnetic hanger sticks the meter to a metal panel or frame and frees both hands during a measurement. MS 90 Professional test leads, two AA batteries and a carrying pouch complete the set.
