Braided steel cable with two metal hooks for a quick pull-out when a vehicle breaks down or gets stuck.
The AUTO PRACTIC steel tow rope measures 3.5 m in length and 10 mm in diameter, with a 6 t load rating. Both ends are fitted with metal hooks that attach directly to the towing eyes of the vehicles.
10 mm braided steel construction
The cable is braided from steel wires that absorb the sudden load at the moment of pull and, unlike textile straps, do not stretch. Steel does not soak up water or mud, so the rope stays serviceable after a recovery in wet ground.
Two metal hooks for fast hook-up
The hooks clip onto the towing eyes without extra tools or knots, so hooking up at the roadside takes seconds. After use the rope coils up compactly and stores in the boot alongside the rest of the emergency kit.
3.5 m length for cars and SUVs
The distance between the two vehicles leaves room for controlled braking and manoeuvring in city traffic. The 6 t rating covers passenger cars, vans and heavier SUVs.
