The KAMININOX stainless steel anti-downdraft chimney cap fits flue pipes with a 150 mm diameter. It sits at the top of the chimney on wood, pellet, gas and oil-fired fireplaces and boilers, and its stainless steel body is built to stay outdoors all year round.

Barrel shape that helps the smoke out

The barrel-shaped housing keeps wind and rain out of the flue while guiding the flue gases upwards. Draught stays even during gusts, so smoke is far less likely to push back into the room.

Better combustion, less condensation

A steadier chimney regime burns wood or pellets more evenly and burns off the flue gases more completely. Condensation inside the pipe is kept to a minimum and fuel consumption drops.

0.4 mm stainless steel construction

The material handles rain, snow and the acidic condensate from flue gases with no painting or upkeep. At around 2 kg the cap is light enough for one person to carry up and fit.

Fits Ø150 mm flue systems

The Ø150 mm size matches flue pipes of the same diameter, including the other stainless steel components in the brand's range. It slips over the top end of the pipe without extra adapters.
