Compact all-metal body with a blowing function that helps get the fire going.
The RAIDER RD-WC06 ash vacuum picks up cold ash from fireplaces, wood and coal stoves, barbecues and ashtrays, as well as fine dust left after renovation work. It offers a 10 L container and up to 15 kPa of suction, and comes with a flexible corrugated hose and a HEPA filter.
All-metal body built for ash duty
Body and canister are made entirely of metal, standing up to abrasive ash and small embers far better than plastic. At roughly 2.6 kg with a top handle, the unit moves from room to room in one hand.
Blowing function for lighting the fire
Move the hose to the exhaust port, which has its own extra filter, and the machine works as a blower. The same airflow is handy for clearing leaves or sawdust from a terrace or workbench.
HEPA filter traps the finest dust
The filter captures the smallest ash particles instead of blowing them back into the room. It is replaceable and should be cleaned each time the container is emptied to keep suction consistent.
15 kPa vacuum and 1300 l/min airflow
The 600 W motor runs off a standard 230 V socket and copes with compacted ash at the bottom of the firebox. The cable is 2 m long, and the 10-litre canister holds the ash from several clean-ups before it needs emptying.
Cold ash only: how to use it safely
The appliance is intended for fully cooled ash from fireplaces, stoves, grills and ashtrays. Emptying and cleaning it before and after use keeps the filter from clogging.
