The ELITE MVC-1422GR ash vacuum is built for cold ash and fine dust from fireplaces, pellet and sauna stoves, barbecues, grills and boilers. A metal drum, a HEPA filter with protective mesh and a reinforced metal hose handle the job a regular household vacuum cannot. Alongside suction it also blows air, which is handy for getting the fire going.
18 L metal drum built for cold ash
Housing and drum are metal, resistant to residual heat and stray sparks, and the capacity covers a full fireplace clean-out without stopping to empty. Ash collects straight in the drum, with no bag to buy.
HEPA filter with protective mesh keeps dust in
Two-stage filtration traps fine particles instead of blowing them back into the room, the main advantage over a shovel and brush. The filter is replaceable and available separately.
Reinforced metal hose reaches into the firebox
The flexible, heat-resistant hose and round aluminium nozzle get into crevices and under the fire grate. The 1.5 m cord ends in a VDE plug, and at roughly 3.6 kg the unit is easy to carry in one hand.
Blower function for lighting the fire
Reversed airflow directs a jet of air at the embers to help the fire catch, and clears ash out of awkward corners before you vacuum it up. Maximum airflow is 25 l/s.
