The PRITY PPB33 pellet burner turns a solid fuel boiler into an automatic wood pellet heating system with 33 kW of thermal output. It mounts on a gasketed flange at the boiler door and works with an external auger that feeds pellets from the hopper. The controller handles both space heating and domestic hot water.
33 kW output with three modulation levels
The burner regulates combustion in three stages and offers an ECO smouldering mode that keeps embers alive instead of shutting down and re-igniting. Pellet consumption is around 6 kg per hour at full load, so seasonal fuel planning is straightforward.
Smart Ctrl-V1 controller with Bulgarian menu
The microprocessor control offers four operating modes: heating, heating with parallel DHW preparation, heating with DHW priority, and a summer mode for hot water only. It drives the circulation pumps and accepts a room thermostat, with optional Wi-Fi/3G remote access.
Automatic ignition and grate self-cleaning
An electric heater lights the pellets with no manual intervention, while pre- and post-combustion purging clears the chamber of residue. A cleaning fan keeps the grate free of ash and clinker between service cleanings.
Overheating and flashback protection
The system monitors flame return towards the auger, flame loss, and an open boiler door or broken glass. It also detects fan or auger faults and stops operation before a failure spreads.
