Troyan Dried Plum 4-in-1 rakia flavouring is a food-grade essence in a 100 ml bottle, added to finished rakia to build the typical dried-plum character. The 4-in-1 formula combines essence, glycerine, oak extract and caramel, dosed at 1 ml (roughly 25–30 drops) per 1–1.5 litres.
