Muscat Ottonel Rakia Flavouring Essence, 30 ml
One 30 ml vial flavours 30 to 50 litres of homemade rakia.
This Muscat Ottonel rakia essence is a concentrated flavouring in a 30 ml vial, enough to treat 30 to 50 litres of homemade distillate. It is dosed directly into the finished spirit before bottling.
Muscat character for your home distillate
The essence lends the fruity, floral note typical of the Muscat Ottonel grape. It suits grape, plum and other fruit distillates when a more pronounced aromatic finish is wanted.
Dosing to the intensity you prefer
The 30–50 litre range per vial lets you go richer or lighter to taste. Add it to the distillate, stir, and let it rest before bottling.
