Muskat Ottonel Rakia Flavour Essence, 100 ml
Muscat character for homemade rakia — from a 100 ml bottle.
This Muskat Ottonel rakia flavouring is a food-grade essence in a 100 ml bottle that gives homemade spirit its recognisable muscat signature. It is added to the finished rakia and stirred in until the aroma reaches the desired intensity.
Muscat signature for grape and fruit distillates
The essence carries the delicate floral and fruity notes typical of the Muskat Ottonel grape. It works both for emphasising varietal character and for rounding out a more neutral distillate.
Stirred into the finished rakia
Dosing is to taste — the essence is added gradually until the aroma is where you want it. Besides rakia, the bottle is also used with white wines and liqueurs.
