Monastery Grape rakia aroma is a concentrated 30 ml essence for flavouring homemade spirits. One bottle is calculated for 35 litres of rakia and is added after distillation, straight into the finished drink.
Dosage: 30 ml per 35 litres of rakia
The essence is a concentrate: measure it against the volume in your demijohn and stir until fully dissolved. A trial batch of one or two litres helps you set the aroma strength you prefer.
