This Hamburg Muscat rakia essence is a 100 ml liquid flavouring for finished homemade rakia and distillates. The 4-in-1 formula combines four components that add aroma, softness and colour in one go. Dosage is 100 ml per 10 litres, stirred into the finished spirit.
4-in-1 formula with glycerine, oak extract and caramel
Each component works on a different aspect of the drink: glycerine softens and rounds the taste, oak extract brings a matured character, and caramel gives a warm, deeper colour. One additive replaces several separate products at the finishing stage.
Muscat profile — fruity dark-grape aroma
The aroma is full and fruity, with the typical sweetness and gentle tartness of dark Muscat grapes. The final result depends on the distillate you use and its own character.
Dosage of 100 ml per 10 litres, with a test batch first
Pour the essence into the finished rakia and stir until fully blended. Try a 2–3 litre test batch before treating the whole quantity, so you can set the intensity to your own taste.
