The LASERLINER DampCheck moisture meter reads moisture in wood and soft building materials via two measuring pins and sits comfortably in one hand. It covers 6 … 60 % in wood, 0.2 … 2.9 % in building materials and also shows ambient temperature from 0 to 40 °C. Protective cap and batteries are included.

Wet/dry LED indicator at a glance

Green means dry material, amber damp and red wet. The exact percentage appears on the digital display at the same time, with no reference tables needed.

Firewood check before it goes in the stove

The wood range extends to freshly cut timber, so you can see which logs are ready to burn. Properly seasoned wood delivers more heat with less smoke and fewer emissions.

Building-material mode for plaster and screed

Readings in gypsum plaster and cement screed come with ± 0.5 % accuracy. Checking before filling, painting or laying flooring prevents blistering and mould later on.

Pocket format with pin protection cap

The housing weighs 41 g with batteries and slips into a work-trouser pocket. The cap covers the measuring pins in transit and keeps them from bending.

Hold function freezes the reading

The last measured value stays on the display after the pins leave the material. Handy in dark or awkward spots where you cannot see the screen while measuring.
