The Laserliner VideoInspector XXL is a professional inspection camera with a 7.9 mm camera head and a 5 m flexible probe for locating faults inside walls, pipes, cavities and machinery. A 3.5" screen shows the live feed, while stills and video are stored on a micro SD card with date and time stamps.

5 m probe for long-distance inspection

The long camera unit reaches sections that standard 1–1.5 m endoscopes cannot — drain branches, ventilation ducts, deep shafts. At 7.9 mm the head slips through a hole made with an ordinary masonry bit.

Waterproof head resistant to fuels and oils

Head and probe withstand contact with diesel, petrol, motor oil, AdBlue®, ethanol and sea water at 28% salinity, opening up automotive and tank-maintenance work where ordinary endoscopes cannot go.

8 high-power LEDs, 4 brightness levels

Lighting is dialled in to suit the surface, so a dark pipe or bright metal no longer blows out the frame. True colour rendering makes corrosion, damp patches and leak traces easier to read.

Magnetic mounts free up both hands

The base unit clamps magnetically to any steel surface near the job, leaving the operator free to work with a tool while watching the screen. The ergonomic housing also sits securely in the hand for mobile checks.

Image rotation and mirroring on screen

Frame orientation is corrected from the menu when the probe enters a hole twisted. The supplied TopClips accessories — magnet, mirror and hook — let you view side walls and retrieve small dropped parts.
