The CERLAND MERINA decorative garden edging is a pine wood border with steel spikes, 75 cm long and 17.5 cm high. It separates lawn from flower beds, vegetable plots or gravel paths, and several sections placed end to end follow curved contours just as easily as straight lines.
Steel spikes: no tools needed to install
Press a section into worked soil and it stands firm; lift it out and reposition it whenever you rearrange the garden. The metal spikes keep the timber clear of the soil surface and limit moisture wicking up into the wood.
Pine with autoclave treatment, use class 3
Use class 3 covers timber approved for outdoor installation with repeated wetting and drying, which is exactly what a bed or pathway edge faces. The preservative is applied under pressure rather than brushed on, so the pine copes with rain and direct sun.
75 cm sections for straight and curved lines
Sections are laid one after another until the bed is enclosed, so the quantity needed follows the running length of your outline. The low profile marks the boundary without hiding the planting behind it.
