TOPMASTER 1250 g Axe with Fiberglass Handle, 790 mm
Hardened C45 steel head and a non-slip grip for splitting firewood
The TOPMASTER 1250 g fiberglass axe is built for splitting firewood, making kindling and general yard work. At 790 mm long it is used with both hands, and the head is made of hardened C45 steel.
Fiberglass handle with TPR coating for a secure grip
The thermoplastic rubber coating absorbs some of the shock on impact and stays grippy even when damp. Fiberglass stands up to impact and moisture, so the handle can be kept in a shed or under a covered outdoor area.
C45 steel head hardened to 48–57 HRC
Heat treatment makes the edge more wear-resistant, so it stays sharp for longer. With frequent use, occasional sharpening keeps it in working shape.
790 mm length for a two-handed swing
Weighing 1.25 kg, the axe splits logs for the fireplace or stove and stays easy to control through longer sessions. It also works for clearing branches in the yard and for camping.
Rubber blade guard and hanging hole
The rubber guard covers the edge for carrying and storage. A hanging hole lets you hang the axe on a wall in the garage or workshop.
