The MAROSA MG6011 splitting axe is built for chopping firewood, breaking apart knotty logs and heavier yard work. Its 2 kg wedge-shaped head forces timber apart, while the 830 mm plastic-coated fibreglass handle keeps the tool light in the hand. The axe arrives fully assembled with the handle fitted.
2 kg wedge head splits firewood in fewer strikes
The heavy wedge-shaped head of the MG6011 concentrates momentum at the point of impact and forces the log apart rather than merely cutting into it. That makes the axe a natural choice for preparing stove and fireplace wood, including harder, knotty pieces.
Plastic-coated fibreglass handle stays light and tough
