The DEWALT DWST83471-QW ToughSystem 2.0 charger box is a dual-port charger built into a ToughSystem 2.0 case. It charges two 18V XR or 54V FLEXVOLT packs at once at 4 A, with room inside for another 12 batteries of 5.0 Ah. The case clicks onto every other ToughSystem 2.0 module and onto the system carts.
Two batteries at once at 4 A
A pair of 5.0 Ah packs is ready in roughly 75 minutes, while two 2.0 Ah packs take about 30. One set works while the other recovers, so nobody walks back to a wall socket mid-job.
Charge with the lid shut thanks to the built-in fan
An internal fan carries heat away from the docks while the case stays closed. The full-perimeter lid seal and IP55 rating keep site dust and water jets away from what is inside.
Storage for 12 spare batteries in one case
Beyond the two in the docks, up to 12 more 5.0 Ah packs stow inside, so a whole crew's power supply travels as one unit. Metal wire latches open one-handed and a padlock eye keeps the box shut overnight.
Two USB ports for phone, radio and speaker
One port sits inside the case and keeps the device out of sight; the second is on the outside rear and stays reachable with the lid closed. Your phone tops up from the same box that is already plugged in.
Compatible with every ToughSystem 2.0 module
The half-width case connects to other half-width boxes and to full-size ToughSystem 2.0 units alike. A dedicated fixing point takes a Tool Connect Tracker (sold separately) for location tracking.
