The STIHL AK 20 is a 36 V lithium-ion battery with 4 Ah capacity for garden tools in the STIHL AK System. It powers trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers and chainsaws from the same range, while four LEDs show the remaining charge at the push of a button. It charges on the AL 101, AL 301 and AL 501 chargers.
Full compatibility with the STIHL AK System
One battery serves the whole AK range without adapters, so you simply move it from the trimmer to the hedge trimmer or the blower. The MSA 80 chainsaw is the exception and cannot be used with it, while the MSA 70 and the REA 60 PLUS pressure washer run at reduced power.
Constant power until the charge runs out
Intelligent electronics keep output at the same level whether the charge is at 100% or nearly empty. Cutting and trimming proceed at one and the same pace from the first minute to the last.
Four-LED charge level indicator
Charge status is read straight off the housing before you head into the garden, so you can plan the job and know when to put the battery back on the charger.
