The DEWALT DCB1104H2-QW kit pairs two 18V 5Ah POWERSTACK packs with the DCB1104 4 A charger. The pouch-cell batteries power the full XR 18V tool range, while the charger handles both 12V and 18V slide packs.
POWERSTACK cells deliver 50% more power
The comparison is against the brand's cylindrical DCB184 5Ah pack, measured outside application. Pouch cells sustain high current under load, which shows on rotary hammers, circular saws and grinders.
Twice the charge cycles
Pouch-cell construction doubles the number of charge cycles versus the DCB184 and delivers up to twice the runtime in demanding applications. Each pack weighs 750 g and keeps a compact footprint that does not upset tool balance.
DCB1104 charger: 4 A output and wall mounting
The housing is 15% smaller than the DCB115 and carries two keyholes for mounting above a bench. An LED indicator shows charging progress at a glance.

The charger accepts DEWALT lithium-ion slide packs at both voltages, and the POWERSTACK batteries run any tool on the XR 18V platform. The kit slots into an existing tool line-up with no adapter.
