The DeWALT XR FLEXVOLT DCB547-XJ is a professional-grade Li-Ion pack rated 9.0Ah at 18V. It recognises whether it is fitted to an 18V XR or a 54V FLEXVOLT machine and delivers the matching voltage. Supplied as a single battery, without a charger.
Dual 18V and 54V output from a single pack
The cells reconfigure from parallel to series the moment the pack is seated in a tool. At 18V it runs as 9.0Ah, in 54V mode as 3.0Ah, so the same stored energy serves both platforms.
Compatible across the 18V XR and 54V FLEXVOLT range
The pack fits existing DeWALT machines and chargers from both systems, with no adaptor needed. Handy with a mixed kit: one spare covers the drill driver and the heavy-duty circular saw alike.
LED fuel gauge for remaining charge
A button on the housing reveals the state of charge without docking the pack. The Li-Ion cells have no memory effect, so topping up mid-job is fine.
