One pack powers both 18V and 54V machines, no adapter and no second battery kit needed.
The DEWALT XR FLEXVOLT DCB546-XJ is a 6.0Ah lithium-ion battery pack that switches automatically between 18V and 54V depending on the tool it is fitted into. Built for professional use, it works with DEWALT XR and XR FLEXVOLT chargers. The charger is not included.
Automatic 18V / 54V changeover
The cells reconfigure the moment the pack is slotted into a tool of the other voltage. In 18V XR tools it delivers long runtime; in XR FLEXVOLT machines it supplies the current needed for cutting, breaking and grinding.
Compatible across the whole XR system
The pack fits every DEWALT 18V XR and 54V XR FLEXVOLT cordless machine, as well as their chargers. A single set of packs then serves the entire tool line-up on site.
Three-LED state of charge indicator
A press of the button shows the remaining charge before the next task begins. Charging is planned ahead instead of interrupting the job halfway.
