The GRE Safran 2 wooden pool is an oval above-ground model measuring 620x395x136 cm with roughly 22 m³ of water. Its 46 mm solid French pine structure is vacuum autoclave treated for maximum protection. The kit comes with a sand filter system, blue 75/100 PVC liner, skimmer, pipework and fittings, floor protector plus an outer wooden and inner stainless steel ladder.

The boards are vacuum impregnated, the highest level of protection available for structural timber against moisture and rot. Side wedges anchor to the concrete slab and act as reinforcement, clad in wood for a clean finish. Stainless steel trims add extra rigidity to the assembly.

8 m³/h sand filtration sized for 22 m³

The unit uses a Ø500 mm tank, a 770 W pump and a 5-way valve for backwashing, with the silica sand (0.4–0.8 mm, about 85 kg) supplied. A sand bed traps finer particles than a cartridge and is serviced by backwashing instead of buying replacements.

Two ladders and floor protector included

The inner stainless steel ladder has 3 non-slip steps, while a wooden ladder handles access from outside. The protective underlay sits beneath the liner and keeps it off the raw concrete slab.
