The UCAMP HD-173 lets you grill, smoke and flavour food thanks to a large cooking chamber and a separate firebox. You can prepare both classic grilling and slow-smoked meats with the same unit.
Precise control of heat and smoke
A built-in thermometer on the UCAMP HD-173 shows the chamber temperature so you can track cooking without lifting the lid. Air vents and the chimney damper regulate airflow and how much smoke is released.
Shelves and wheels for easy use
A front and lower wooden shelf on the UCAMP HD-173 keep spices, food and tools within reach while you cook. Two wheels and three handles let you move the barbecue around the yard with ease.
