The IDEA GALLIPOLI concrete barbecue is a permanent garden grill fired with charcoal or wood. Its 2680 cm² cooking area serves a party of 9 to 11, and the refractory concrete structure stays outdoors all year round. Delivery covers the concrete modules and the chrome-plated grill.
67x40 cm grill with three cooking heights
Set the distance to the embers to suit the food: lower for a fast sear on meat, higher for fish and vegetables. The chrome-plated steel grate lifts out for cleaning.
Refractory concrete built for outdoor life
The modules are cast from a special marble-grit mix coloured right through, while the flue is stainless steel. Surfaces can be repainted with any exterior paint to match the garden.
Front worktop and two side shelves around the firebox
Plates, seasonings and tongs stay at grilling height instead of a trip back to the kitchen. The open bay underneath holds firewood and a sack of charcoal.
On-site assembly and preparation before first use
The modules are stacked on a level base with barbecue adhesive, purchased separately along with the water-repellent protective coating. Total weight is 490 kg, so plan the unloading and final position in advance.
