The PHILIPS H4 Premium car bulb is a 12 V halogen headlight bulb rated 60/55 W with an H4 (P43t-38) base — a dual-filament type covering both low and high beam. The pack holds 1 bulb; replacing both headlight bulbs together keeps the beam symmetrical.
Up to 30% more light ahead of the car
Light output reaches 1815 lm at a colour temperature of up to 3200 K, projecting a longer beam so pedestrians and road signs appear earlier on unlit roads. The bulb is ECE-approved and suits low beam, high beam and front halogen fog lamps.
UV quartz glass against thermal shock and moisture
The envelope is anti-UV coated quartz glass that withstands abrupt temperature changes, such as a water droplet hitting the hot glass on a wet road or through a leaking headlamp. The coating also protects plastic reflectors and lenses from yellowing.
H4 base for the most common headlamps
The P43t-38 base drops straight into the headlamps of most cars using dual-filament halogen lighting, with no adapters needed. The 12 V rating fits standard passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
