The OSRAM ORIGINAL H7 is a 12 V, 55 W halogen headlight bulb with a PX26d base — the same specification carmakers fit as original equipment. Supplied as a single bulb, it serves low beam, high beam or fog light duty depending on the vehicle.
1500 lm for a clearly lit road
Nominal luminous flux is rated within ±10 %, with the warm-white halogen colour of roughly 3200 K. The filament is precisely positioned relative to the base, so the headlamp keeps its designed beam pattern and cut-off line.
PX26d base — direct replacement for the factory bulb
Built to ECE category H7 with a 59 mm length and 12 mm bulb diameter, it drops into the original reflector without adapters or realignment. Fit it in place with the engine off and clean gloves — fingerprints on the quartz glass shorten bulb life.
550-hour Tc service life
The B3 figure is 330 hours, the point at which up to 3 % of a batch fails — the usual benchmark for planned replacement. On twin-headlamp cars, replace both bulbs together to keep brightness symmetrical.
