The NARVA P21/5W car bulb is a dual-filament 12 V lamp with a BAY15d bayonet base, supplied in a blister pack of two. It is the standard fit for combined rear lamps, where one bulb serves both as brake light and tail light.
Two filaments in one bulb — brake and tail
P21/5W denotes a 21 W filament for the brake light and a 5 W filament for the tail light. The offset pins of the BAY15d base allow only one fitting position, so the two functions cannot be mixed up during installation.
Blister pack of 2 for replacing both sides
The pack holds two bulbs, enough to renew the left and right lamp at the same time so both sides glow evenly. Keeping the second bulb in the car also covers you for a roadside replacement.
