Silicate-free organic formula that stays in your cooling system for up to 5 years
CARE G12 Long Life antifreeze (Winter Care Antifreeze Long Life SG12+) is a premixed, ethylene glycol based coolant in a 4 L bottle. It protects your engine against freezing, overheating and corrosion all year round and goes straight into the system with no mixing.
Extended change interval of up to 5 years
The organic additives deplete only minimally in service. The manufacturer quotes a service life of up to 250 000 km for passenger cars and up to 650 000 km for trucks.
OAT formula that protects aluminium parts
The inhibitors are based on organic mono- and dicarboxylic acids and contain no silicates. That suits modern engines, where aluminium components face high-temperature corrosion. The coolant is also free of nitrites, amines and phosphates.
Meets VW TL 774 D/F and Mercedes MB 325.3
The coolant meets specifications from Porsche, VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda (TL 774 D and TL 774 F), Mercedes MB 325.3, Ford, Opel GM, Renault, Volvo, MAN, Cummins and others. It also complies with ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985, SAE J1034 and BS 6580.
For cars, trucks, marine and stationary engines
Beyond passenger cars, it is used in trucks, buses, off-road machinery and marine and stationary engines. The premix protects down to -37 °C. The manufacturer recommends using it undiluted to keep corrosion protection effective for the full service life.
