The DeWalt DCCS1100N-XJ is a cordless sprayer built for the chemicals used on concrete jobs: form release oils, curing compounds and surface treatments. It runs on the 18V XR battery platform and is supplied as a bare tool for site professionals who already own DeWalt batteries.
Up to 10.3 bar pressure and an 11 m spray reach
Pressure adjusts from 20 to 150 PSI to suit the chemical and the surface. A diaphragm pump keeps delivery steady at up to 3 L/min, so large slabs and formwork get fast, even coverage without patchy spots.
Built for form oils, curing compounds and retarders
The sprayer is designed to withstand the harsh chemicals used in concrete work. Use it for form release agents, curing compounds, evaporation retarders and concrete surface treatments.
18V XR platform: up to 8,400 m² per charge
Paired with a DCBP518-XJ battery, the sprayer applies up to 264 litres of product on a single charge. It accepts DeWalt 18V batteries up to 15 Ah. Battery and charger are sold separately.
15 L tank with backpack straps for site mobility
The large tank means fewer refill stops on big pours. Backpack straps keep your hands free and make it easier to move around the formwork. Flow adjusts across 10 settings, and interchangeable nozzles let you match the spray pattern to the job.
