The Makita TW010GZ 40V XGT cordless impact wrench is a professional tool for loosening and tightening large bolts and nuts on trucks, heavy equipment and steel structures. It runs on the XGT 40V Max platform with a brushless motor and a 1″ (25.4 mm) square drive. It ships as a bare tool without battery or charger, so you can add it to your existing XGT kit.
Nut-busting torque that replaces air tools
The Makita TW010GZ impact wrench delivers up to 4000 Nm of nut-busting torque in reverse and tightens with up to 3150 Nm. That power frees long-seized or rusted bolts where a standard wrench gives up.
Brushless motor with electronic 4-speed control
The brushless motor of the Makita TW010GZ runs without carbon brushes for less wear and longer life. Four electronic speed settings let you match the rpm to the bolt size and material.
1″ square drive for large-diameter bolts
The 1″ (25.4 mm) square drive with extended anvil takes standard impact sockets for the largest nuts. The Makita TW010GZ is aimed at truck-wheel changes and fastening large-diameter bolts.
Bare tool for the XGT 40V system
The Makita TW010GZ is supplied as a bare tool — no battery or charger included. It works with the batteries and chargers from the Makita XGT 40V Max system you already own.
