The DeWalt DCD791P2-QW is a compact 18V brushless drill/driver from the professional XR range. It ships with two 5.0 Ah Li-Ion batteries, a charger and a carry case, so you're ready to work straight out of the box. The brushless motor drills up to 40 mm in wood and 13 mm in metal, and drives screws with 15 torque settings.
Brushless motor for more power and longer life
The brushless motor of the DeWalt DCD791P2-QW runs without carbon brushes, cutting friction and extending tool life. Higher efficiency means more screws driven and holes drilled per charge. This drill is built for daily professional use.
70 Nm torque and 2 speeds
The 70 Nm maximum torque tackles large screws and stubborn materials, while the two-speed gearbox switches between power and speeds up to 2000 rpm. Low gear gives control when driving, high gear brings pace when drilling. Dial in the 15 torque settings to avoid overdriving on delicate surfaces.
Compact and light for tight spaces
At around 1.1 kg without a battery, the DeWalt DCD791P2-QW is easy to control, even one-handed overhead. Its compact head reaches into spaces larger tools can't. The 1.5–13 mm metal chuck grips drill bits and driver accessories securely.
Two 5.0 Ah batteries and LED light
The kit includes two 5.0 Ah XR Li-Ion batteries — while one works, the other charges. A built-in LED light illuminates the work area in dark corners and cabinets. A multi-voltage charger and a carry case complete the set.
