ROSSIMA FOREST FEEL WPC Decking Support Joist 50x30 mm, L=2.0 m, Black (art. 235016)
WPC substructure that lifts the boards and keeps air and water moving underneath.
The ROSSIMA FOREST FEEL 50x30 mm support joist, 2.0 m long, forms the load-bearing grid under ForestFeel WPC decking. It is made of wood-polymer composite: 60% wood, 30% thermoplastic polymers and 10% additives, finished in black. It is fixed to the concrete base of a terrace, balcony or steps with 8x80 mm stainless steel concrete nail anchors, sold separately.
50x30 mm section for drainage and airflow
The joist height leaves a gap between boards and base, so rainwater drains away and the structure dries out. A 1–2% fall on the terrace and a 30 mm expansion gap from the wall are recommended.
Maintenance-free WPC, formaldehyde-free
The composite resists salt, water, mould, mildew, corrosion and cracking, and does not attract insects. No painting, varnishing or impregnation is needed, and the formulation contains no formaldehyde.
Install at 350 mm centres on terraces, balconies or steps
The recommended spacing between adjacent joists is 350 mm, giving the deck boards even support. The grid is anchored to concrete with 8x80 mm stainless steel nail anchors and can also be built on stairs.
Part of the ForestFeel decking system
The system combines WPC deck boards, two types of hidden fixing clips, screws, corner and face profiles. The parts are dimensioned to match, which saves on-site adjustment.
