BETAFENCE Bekaclip Fence Post Ø48 mm, 1.70 m, with Mesh Fixing Strip
A full-length fixing strip with clips holds the mesh without extra tensioning wire.
The BETAFENCE Bekaclip fence post is a Ø48 mm round tube, 1.70 m high, made for fences built from mesh rolls. It comes with an integrated mesh fixing strip and a branded cap, plus galvanising and a plastic coating that stand up to permanent outdoor exposure. One post covers one position in the line: intermediate, corner or end.
Clip strip for fast roll-mesh installation
The mesh is fixed straight onto the post with stainless steel Bekaclip clips of Ø3.50 mm, set with Bekaclip tongs. No separate brackets are needed and you choose the spacing between fixing points as you go.
Zinc at 275 g/m² plus a plastic top coat
The tube is galvanised inside and out and finished with a plastic coating of at least 60 microns. The inside of the section is protected too, which is exactly where ordinary posts start to corrode.
1.70 m height for mesh up to 1.50 m
The buried section is set in concrete or mounted on a base plate with a dedicated holder when a concrete or PVC plinth runs underneath. Betafence recommends forming the hole so that water cannot collect inside it.
