POLARGOS EasyWay Sliding Gate Automation Kit
Remote-controlled drive for sliding gates up to 300 kg, with soft stop and pedestrian opening.
The POLARGOS EasyWay sliding gate automation kit turns a manually pushed yard gate into a fully automatic one, operated by remote control from up to 30 m away. The box holds the motor, the remote, 12 toothed racks and all mounting hardware, including 26 M6 x 50 mm bolts.
Drives gate leaves weighing up to 300 kg
The mechanics cover typical metal or panel-filled residential sliding gates. Drive power is 40 W at a 24 V motor voltage, fed from the standard 230 V mains.
Soft stop and quiet running
The leaf slows down before the end positions instead of slamming into the post, protecting the racks and rollers. Opening is fast and low in noise, which matters most on early departures and late arrivals.
Partial opening for pedestrians
A separate command moves the leaf just enough for a person to pass. The full travel stays reserved for the car, while foot traffic spares the mechanics unnecessary wear.
Year-round operation from -20 to +60 °C
The operating temperature range covers winter frost and the summer heat of a metal gate in direct sun. Standby draw is 4.5 W, while peak power consumption during operation is 600 W.
Everything needed for installation in one box
Besides the motor and the remote, delivery includes 12 toothed racks covering the full travel length, a mounting bracket for the base and 26 bolts with washers. Assembly is designed for DIY installation without special machining of the gate.
