POLARGOS EasyWay Automation Kit for Double-Leaf Swing Gates

The POLARGOS EasyWay automation kit powers double-leaf swing gates with leaves up to 2 m wide and 200 kg each. It runs off a 230 V supply with 24 V drives, is operated by the supplied remotes, and monitors the leaf travel for obstacles.

Both leaves open in 16 seconds

A full 90° travel takes about 16 seconds, with quiet drive operation. The pace suits everyday use of a driveway gate, without a harsh start or slam at the end position.

Obstacle detection and anti-crushing protection

If a car, bicycle or person ends up in the path of a leaf, the movement stops. That matters most on a gate facing a yard used by children and pets.

Partial opening for pedestrians

A single leaf opens on its own when you walk in. The gate stays closed to vehicles and the mechanics see less wear across dozens of daily passages.

Year-round operation from -20 °C to +60 °C

The automation is designed for outdoor mounting through hard frosts and summer heat. Standby draw is 4.5 W, while peak power consumption during operation reaches 600 W.
