You can read the figure from the poolside without leaning over a fine printed scale. A single button press switches between °C and °F.

Solar charging with no battery swaps

Power comes from a built-in 600 mAh Ni-MH rechargeable battery topped up by sunlight. The thermometer can stay in the water all season and keep on reading.

IPX7 waterproof housing and tether cord

The IPX7 rating means the body withstands brief immersion. Tie the cord to a ladder or the pool wall and the thermometer will not drift out of reach.
