The STANLEY FATMAX SFMCG710B-XJ is a brushless 18V cordless angle grinder that takes 125 mm discs for cutting, grinding and surface prep on metal, pipe, profiles and stone. It ships as a bare tool, ready to slot into your existing STANLEY FATMAX V20 battery platform.

Brushless motor for longer runtime per charge

With no brushes to wear out, the motor runs more efficiently from a smaller, more compact package and needs less maintenance. A no-load speed of 8,500 rpm gets through pipe and profile cuts quickly and makes short work of weld seams.

Runs on every STANLEY FATMAX V20 18V battery

Sold as a bare tool, the grinder shares batteries and chargers with the rest of your V20 kit, so there is no need to buy another set. Going cordless means you can work on sites with no power outlet, up on scaffolding or out in the yard.

3-position side handle and lock-on switch

The side handle fits in three positions, so you can set your grip to suit the cutting angle. The body-mounted switch locks on, which saves you holding it down through long grinding passes.

Fast disc changes with the spanner stored in the handle

The two-pin spanner lives inside the side handle, so it is always on hand on site. The standard M14 spindle takes regular 125 mm cutting and grinding discs, with a maximum cutting depth of 28 mm.
