The DEWALT DWE4237-QS is a corded professional angle grinder with a 125 mm disc and a 1400 W motor for cutting, grinding and cleaning metal, stone and concrete. It ships in a carry case and its standard M14 spindle thread accepts a wide range of 125 mm discs.
1400 W motor built for daily professional loads
Speed holds up even when cutting thick steel, with a duty cycle aimed at everyday site and workshop use. The dust ejection system keeps abrasive particles away from the motor.
Soft start and no-volt release protection
The initial torque surge at start-up is limited, keeping the tool under control the moment it fires up. After a power cut the switch must be consciously reset before current reaches the motor.
Slim body and anti-vibration side handle
The grip sits close to the hand during long spells in tight spaces. The side handle mounts in several positions and hand/arm vibration when grinding is rated at 8.3 m/s².
Disc changes made simple with spindle lock
The side-mounted spindle lock button holds the shaft while the flange is undone. Supplied with inner and outer disc flanges, a spanner and a keyless protective guard.
