TYTAN Professional 60 Seconds is a fast single-component polyurethane gun foam adhesive in a 750 ml can that develops initial grip in just 60 seconds. It bonds EPS and XPS insulation boards, plasterboard, OSB, window sills, stair treads and decorative elements. The adhesive adheres to most building substrates, including concrete, brick, wood and metal.
Initial grip in 60 seconds
The fast tack of TYTAN Professional 60 Seconds fixes light elements after just 60 seconds and heavier ones in about 120 seconds. You work faster and often skip extra fasteners or props during installation.
Universal bonding of insulation and boards
This adhesive bonds EPS and XPS panels, mineral wool, plasterboard and OSB to walls and floors. It is safe for polystyrene boards and does not dissolve them, making it ideal for thermal insulation facades and interior partition work.
Low post-expansion for a stable fit
The low post-expansion of TYTAN Professional 60 Seconds keeps bonded parts precisely in place and reduces thermal bridges across the facade. The position can still be adjusted for a few minutes after application.
Ready to use with a foam gun
The 750 ml can screws onto a standard foam gun for dosed, clean application with no dust or waste. After full cure in 24 hours the adhesive is easy to cut, sand, plaster and paint over.
