ISOMAT ISOPAST is a solvent-free, water-based bituminous waterproofing emulsion for roofs, foundations and walls. The emulsion also serves as a primer before bonding bituminous membranes. The 19 kg pack covers larger areas from a single item.
Solvent-free water base for safe application
ISOMAT ISOPAST is water-based and solvent-free, making it easier to use indoors and on slightly damp surfaces. Tools clean up with plain water right after use. The emulsion can be applied even on substrates that are not fully dry.
Excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, wood and polystyrene
ISOPAST bonds firmly to a range of substrates – concrete, metal, wood, polyurethane and polystyrene. Once cured, it forms a membrane resistant to low-concentration acids and alkalis. The waterproofing stays intact regardless of the substrate composition.
Waterproofing and primer for bituminous membranes in one product
ISOMAT ISOPAST protects flat and pitched roofs, floors, exterior walls and foundations. The same emulsion works as a primer before bonding bituminous membranes, using roughly 0.40–0.60 kg/m² for priming. One product covers several waterproofing steps.
Application by roller, brush or airless spray
ISOPAST is stirred well and applied by roller, brush or airless spray. The first coat goes on as a diluted primer, with each following coat applied at a right angle to the previous one after full drying. Apply at a temperature between +5°C and +35°C.
