The LANDMANN 13626 Pure fish holder is a stainless steel clamp for grilling whole fish over charcoal or gas. The fish sits between the two halves and is secured by a locking ring at the base of the handle, and the steel carries food-contact approval.
Locking ring at the base for a firm hold
Slide the ring towards the wire halves and they clamp tightly around the fish. When you turn it over the skin stays intact and no fillets drop through the grate.
Stainless steel with food-contact approval
The material takes direct flame and the heat above the coals, and washes off easily after cooking. At 55.5 cm overall, the handle stays outside the hot zone.
