Einhell TP-BS 18/457 Li BL Cordless Belt Sander

Cable-free sanding of large wooden surfaces, with a brushless motor and built-in dust collection.

The Einhell TP-BS 18/457 Li BL cordless belt sander runs on the 18 V Power X-Change platform and takes standard 457 x 75 mm sanding belts. Use it to level boards, worktops and doors or to strip old paint from timber. Supplied as a bare tool, without battery or charger.

PurePOWER brushless motor

With no carbon brushes to wear out, the motor needs no maintenance and delivers more power and longer runtime per charge than a brushed design. Register online and Einhell adds a 10-year service promise on the motor.

Variable belt speed from 120 to 250 m/min

Electronic speed control lets you dial the belt down for softwood and finishing passes or run it flat out for fast stock removal. A lock-on button keeps the motor running during long jobs, so you are not holding the trigger the whole time.

Tool-free belt changes

A locking lever releases belt tension, and a separate tracking adjuster keeps the belt running true on the rollers. The sander takes 457 x 75 mm belts, and three P80 belts come in the box.

Dust box plus vacuum adapter

Dust from the 126 x 75 mm sanding pad goes straight into the supplied collection box. You can also swap the box for a workshop vacuum, such as an Einhell wet/dry vac, connected through the extraction adapter.

Main handle and soft-grip auxiliary handle

Two handles give you a steady two-handed grip on flat surfaces. The built-in support surface also lets you use the sander as a stationary unit on the workbench. It weighs 2.58 kg without the battery.
